CATEGORY QUESTIONS

Before you shortlist.

Does all-wheel drive make every surface suitable?

No. Stability still depends on surface, gradient, load, speed, tyre selection and operating procedures.

Which dimensions should be checked?

Review ground clearance, overall dimensions, turning radius, mast height and transport constraints.

Are all catalogue capacities consistent?

No. The RT60 and RT80 source tables contain conflicting rated-load values, so current technical sheets are required.

RFQ / ROUGH-TERRAIN PROJECT BRIEF

Match the terrain.
Then match the truck.

A rated capacity alone cannot define an off-road forklift. Send the operating picture so ZJ can review the machine, tyre, mast, attachment and transport direction together.

01

Surface & gradient

Describe gravel, soil, mud, slopes, transitions and seasonal conditions.

02

Load & centre

Share the heaviest load, its dimensions and actual centre of gravity.

03

Lift & attachment

State the maximum lift height and any clamp, positioner or special fork need.

04

Route & clearance

Measure turning space, access width, ground clearance risks and overhead limits.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Start with your operation.

01

Terrain survey

Document surface, gradients, transitions and seasonal working conditions.

02

Load & stability

Confirm load centre, lift height, attachments and operating speed.

03

Transport & compliance

Check machine envelope, engine, emissions and destination documents.
