ZJ SOLUTIONS / OEM & ODM
Configure the machine.
Define every detail.
An OEM or ODM project works best when application data, technical configuration, branding and delivery scope are developed in one controlled brief.

01 / PROJECT WORKFLOW
Six controlled steps.
One final supply scope.
Use the same brief from model selection through quotation and final order release.
Operating brief
Define the load, route, lift height, duty cycle, destination and quantity.
Base equipment
Select a catalogue model and confirm the capacity basis for the real application.
Technical package
Review mast, forks, tyres, power system, hydraulics, cab and attachments.
Brand and documents
Confirm artwork, machine marking, language, manuals, labels and destination requirements.
Configuration review
Resolve open values, compatibility, supplied scope, exclusions and approval evidence.
Order release
Confirm the final specification, commercial terms, packing and delivery plan.
02 / CUSTOMISATION DIRECTIONS
Separate the choices.
Verify the complete system.
Every requested option should be linked to the operating requirement and written into the approved configuration.
Brand & finish
Logo placement, colour direction, labels and nameplate details require an approved artwork and order scope.
Mast & forks
Lift height, lowered height, free lift, fork length, section and carriage must match the load and route.
Energy system
Battery, charger, electrical supply or engine direction must be confirmed for the model and destination.
Tyres & operator environment
Surface, gradients, weather, cab, lighting, visibility and safety options belong in the same configuration review.
Attachments & hydraulics
Attachment weight, load centre, carriage, functions, pressure, flow and residual capacity need to be checked together.
Documents & delivery
Manual language, labels, technical sheets, packing, shipping dimensions and trade terms should be listed in the final offer.
03 / SEND TO ZJ
Start with evidence,
not assumptions.
Send load photos or drawings, route measurements, lift height, shifts, destination, quantity, preferred model, branding files and document needs.
Prepare your project brief04 / PROJECT QUESTIONS
Clarify the scope
before production.
What can be customised on a ZJ forklift?
Available directions can include mast, forks, tyres, battery or engine package, cab and lighting, attachments, branding, labels, documents and packing. The exact scope depends on the selected model and order.
Can ZJ discuss private-label forklift supply?
Yes. Share the target model, quantity, branding artwork, marking requirements, destination and document scope so the project can be reviewed.
How is attachment compatibility checked?
The forklift, mast, carriage, hydraulics, attachment geometry, load and required capacity at height must be assessed as one system.
Are all options available on every model?
No. Availability and compatibility must be confirmed against the current model revision and final quotation.
